Meet Sandra, founder of
100 Women in Insurance

Hi, my name is Sandra Lewin.

Since I was little, I wanted to be a backup dancer to Jennifer Lopez; now, I get to be the backup dancer to many women in insurance and help them shine on their career stage!

Having worked my way through an insurance career from broking and market development to project management, I know first-hand what it is like to work in insurance - the amazing, the good and the challenging.

I am passionate about creating a community that cares about attracting and retaining female talent in insurance and ensure future gender equality. As part of the Collective we build genuine connections, develop skills and expand our global network.

When I am not working, networking, and recording, I love spending time with my family, going for long walks, traveling, and finding gluten- and lactose-free eating places (recommendations are welcome!).
